No, i could workout more than 3 days, but, you must start with a foundation and then build off of that. Well now that i really look at it, i have some muscle in certain areas and some areas not. My goal being overall mass and being an ecto, seems convienient with 3 days full bod. (btw i couldn't see those routines, i'd click the link and my comp rejected it)
I know how that goes.... lifting again after break was a pain in the ass! TNT's down on Michigan Street (where shooters is at) it's kinda over by the BR *** building... which is ironically located next to Dunkin Donuts!
