Fsubuckeye Ran a total of 20 minutes today (10 min on, 1 min off, 10 min on!). Physical Therapy has cured me! Also hit chest and legs very hard!

Ironwill002 Thanks! I'm not eating as clean as I should. But I try to get my 200 grams of protein per day and keep the cals to only what I need to fuel a workout and grow lean mass. My snacks are peanuts. Lots of protein! Apr 2, 2013 12:26pm

Mayberry03 HIIT on the eliptical is one of my top choices, just got a rowing machine in my gym so I hit that hard a lot. In summer I do a lot of outisde HIIT, usually sprinting for a block, jogging one, repeat. Mar 27, 2013 12:03am

keavz95 biceps curls , skull crushers concentrated hammer curls etc. basically just concentrate on the muscles contracting.hypertrophy is great way to go if your looking to put on mass. Mar 13, 2013 12:46pm
