Davie, good progress photographs. The arms and shoulders are really coming long. Popeye would be envious of your forearms .... and me doubly so!

Davie, you're in pretty darn good shape for only a few months worth of training. There's going to be quite a transformation in a year. Nice beard, by the way. :)
