sbrunelle Thank you for the words of encouragement Frank. Your photos are very impressive. Congratulations on the progress you have made. Gives me something to strive for :) I'm a bit worried about how my body is going to react to the initial shock of doing workouts and cardio. Going to take it pretty slow for the first full month, just get used to moving again and then start pushing. I've got something to prove and I can't wait to start seeing some results. hazto Original MyoFusion just mixed better, I am picky. Anyway after buying Trutien and Dyno I think I will stick with the new Myo, still better tasting and mixture, I blend all my shakes up with ice. As you stated, sorry for the lat response. Sep 13, 2012 7:07am
