I follow Jamie Easton to help me stay motivated! I think we are close to the same frame so if she looks that good i can be motivated to as well. Eatting clean and staying on track working out is hard so i think to my self what would Jamie do? She would make the right choice and feel good about it so thats what i do.

Whaooo! 12 weeks complete! Dymatize 12 weeks Challenge. It started fast and ended slow but that’s only because I got so anxious to cross the finish line. I followed the Jamie Eason program and it works. The recipes are great and the shopping list tips are very useful. I learned so much about what to look for in food labels and fresh produce.
