I follow Jamie Easton to help me stay motivated!  I think we are close to the same frame so if she looks that good i can be motivated to as well. Eatting clean and staying on track working out is hard so i think to my self  what would Jamie do? She would make the right choice and feel good about it so thats what i do.

Frit230 Trying to workout on 1 foot and the other in a cast is not easy and its a workout just to take a shower. Strong core!!

Whaooo! 12 weeks complete! Dymatize 12 weeks Challenge. It started fast and ended slow but that’s only because I got so anxious to cross the finish line. I followed the Jamie Eason program and it works. The recipes are great and the shopping list tips are very useful. I learned so much about what to look for in food labels and fresh produce. 1Reddress Not sure about your Mom, but I can't pivot/turn my knees.So when I'm doing Zumba I continue moving stepping "side to side" when they kick their heels back-side or jump too much. As long as you keep moving the benefit is there. I stil deal with pain, which the osteoarthritis contributes to, but I just keep telling myself it will get better when I lose all this weight my poor knees are carrying around! lol Please give your mom my best! 1Reddress Thanks!I am actually still struggling with limited motion after knee surgery. The osteoarthritis doesn't help matters. I fully understand the frustration your Mom may have in trying to exercise. I still kid myself into thinking I can move like all the rest and do high impact moves.I definitely pay for it after! Frit230 I hate the fitness tracker! I took health and consider myself to be pretty knowledgable for muscles and gym equipment and this site makes me feel like im retarted! i just want to log my progress it should be this hard. Im done venting. If someone has an easier way or a 5 step heres how u add a work out please please let me know. thank you Feb 4, 2011 11:20am
