cramos1279 I would first Intensify the cardio so you dont lose muscle mass. I like to keep the same calories but use my cardio as a equliazer so If I want to be leaner I will increase the cardio and if I to get a bit more weight in I will limit the cardio. You can decrease the cals again but I wouldn't suggest it. Your muscles needs those nutrients. BTW Thanks for making me an inspiration. I truly appreciate it brother. Jul 24, 2010 1:00pm

cramos1279 1000 cals a day is way too low. Your going to lose muscle mass which you dont want to do. I would not recommend going under 1800 for a guy. Your body will go into starving and used your muscles to feed it and you will still be left with the BF. Not a good idea brother. I have my current and beginning routines that outlines everything. Do you want to take a look at it? Jul 24, 2010 12:15pm

cramos1279 Thanks for the comments and support. I hope to inspire all in some sort of way and maybe even make it on people's inspirational list to prove that this can be done as that is truly an honor. Keep it up and never back down. I was taking about 1800-1900 calories for about 1 pound to 1.5 pound loss a week. that was based on a calories calculator. Now my cals are at 2500/day. Keeps me lean and still builds muscle. cramos1279 I see the dedication. Keep it up. Your building muscle and losing BF. Your doing good. I lost 135lbs in a year and hope to inspire all. Check out my pics. So if I can do it so can anybody. Determination and Dedication is the key. Jul 24, 2010 8:02am
