Hey Armon, I really admire your hardwork. I cant believe you put on so much mass from 16 to 18 years old. Wow. During off season, you say you get 52 lbs heavier, what is the carb-protein-fat ratio u use and how many calories per day do u eat during off season. Appreciate it.

good. everything going well except I want to get my upper chest bigger but in all incline pressing movements my shoulder bothers me, i started yoga and its helped. it's crazy, I'm the only guy and this yoga class of like 20 women over 60 years old, and a lot of them can do head stands
