How I Started:
I have worked out on and off for a few years now. I have had problems in the past of drinking and it has got me to a dark part of my life. Now that I am trying again to stay sober and not allow the influences that I use to have take a hold of me. I love the feeling and I hate what I look like now. There is no muscle or anything from the inactivity and drinking, Hopefully that will change in the next couple of months.
Why I Love It:
It motivates you to become better and there is always room for improvement.
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking at pictures or thinking of the stuff that ruined me. I also play rugby now and i have to be in shape for that.

Goal (Long):
This past 6-7 months have been hell for me. Broke my hand in the late part of sept. got into a depression that i have finally broke out of and hope to be off the meds, makes you gain weight like crazy also with all the fast food and junk food and alcohol. I want to get back in to the shape i was in feb 07 to the middle of april of 07. I just want to have the body that was close to being lean again. Also it will help with my speed, endurance, agility and power for rugby this fall. I might not make it down by aug but i should be close. Also want to look good for if i am going back to college.
Well now that I am clean again, this time for good, I am working hard at becoming a better person. What better way than to be fit again. Also it works with playing rugby, cant be out of shape for that sport. I know i need a new pic but dont have any as of right now. For the past 4 weeks i have...
