How I Started:
Started working out to get into shape for hockey back at the end of high school. I use to work out just for hockey and rugby, but now those are over I need to challenge myself.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling after a hard session. I love the feeling of knowing that I am working my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by wanting to be a good role model for the students that I teach and will be teaching.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Maybe the squat because lots of people do it and they have the wrong technique. There are other dangerous ones out there but most people do not do them.
