My Workout Program

Mondays: Back / Shoulders + Abs
Tuesdays: Biceps / Triceps
Wednesday: Spin Class + Abs
Thursday: Stretch / Yoga
Friday: Cardio + Abs
Saturday: Chest
Sunday: Off

I typically do one warm up set, 3 sets of 6-8 reps, and then drop down one or two weight levels and go to failure to finish the exercise...3-5 exercises per body part.
