How I Started:
I haven't really started lifting weights seriously yet, but I have been working out for a while now. I have been on the swim team at my school for the past couple of years, and joined a year round swim team last year. My first triathlon was in June 2007. I want to start weight lifting seriously for a new challenge. I always love a new challenge :)
Why I Love It:
The endorphin rush and feeling of accomplishment is unbeatable!
How I Stay Motivated:
By knowing that I feel so much better after a workout as I do before one.

If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
Workout log on beginnertriathlete.com because I like to write my workouts down. It is very motivating to do this when I am doing well, and gives me a kick in the butt when I am slacking!
