When I Started:
Sep, 2009
How I Started:
Well, after my husband left for Iraq back in march of 2007 I decided to get a trainer to lose some unwanted pounds I gained during our first year of marriage. I learned a great deal about my body and I love the changes I saw. Unfortunately for me, in August 2007 my trainer was offered a wondeful job opportunity in a nearby city. Upon, her departure and moving to another state due to my husbands orders I've fell off horribly . Anyway, it is now September 2009 and I really want to get back into the gym 100% and reach my goal of being 155 lbs.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy the feeling of knowing that working out is not only changing my physical appearance but is also changing the quality of life I will have in the future.
How I Stay Motivated:
What keeps me motivated is the picture I have in my head of my self image when I reach my goal. Also, my husband will be training me when he returns home so I am kind of preparing my body for his workouts. Bodyspace people pray for me cause he is going to have no mercy! I love him though he is my heart!
I want to lose 33lbs, gain muscle, and look great in my swimsuit!
Goal (Long):
My short term goal is to lose 15 lbs by Dec 31st. My overall goal is to be at 155 lbs by March 1st . I want to gain defintion in my abs, arms and legs.
Waiting to see your progress....remember this time to take what you can away from every training session. Never depend on the trainer completely because you will fall back once they are gone. Your motivation is in the right place, beautiful, get your heart there too. Looking forward to your progress.
