Hey hey! Thanks for the add:) So for quads I do ALOT! LOL! pretty much anything you could think of I do... Barbell and hack squats, leg press, leg extensions... Usually do 4-5 sets on each exercise.... start out doing 12-15 reps and increase the weight each set... usually on the last I struggle to get 5-8. Just started doing higher reps this week... shooting for 20 each set but still upping the weight. Hopefully we'll see me getting leaner very shortly! :)
