I want to tone my muscles and lose my belly fat. All my fat seems to go directly there. I want to have cuts when my muscles are relaxed and eventually see my abs. If they're there
I would like to know how to lose fat the best. Should i run or should i train wiht weights a different way? I know I need to change my diet. that's my nukber 1 problem.
hey!read that bit in ya motivation bit about it being a long road,know how you feel i had the same problem a month ago,honestly mate the road isnt that long,u see people on here n theyve been liftin years and ther not that big and ya think ****! there hit and miss! ive been trainin hard recently and if i carry onlike this ill be pretty big by the end of THIS year. same goes 4 u mate u get back what u put in! youll be amazed how much youve put on in a couple of months i garentee it!
hey good job! ye cardio is a pain,i only do it once a week, i should do more really but i wanna get a lot of muscle before i strip it off, id rather be seen as fat than skinny ha

hey FreeMDP hows it goin? thanks 4 joinin the group!ive just bin readin ya blog. cant blame ya 4 lettin it slip when ya got out,theres other things to be doin aint there ha i get m+f mag and i think its really good. its not like them mags that just show pics of big fellas its got a lot of interesting stuff in there i recomend it!let me know how things r goin ill keep in touch!
