You have to look at two things, your diet and how much cardio you are doing. I know you said you don't want to lose weight but the abs only can show if there is a small amount of adipose tissue. You have to crank up the cardio and lay off the bad eating habits. If you have been working them, they are there but they won't show unless you cut down. You can still gain healthy muscle but you also have to get rid of what's hiding them.
