Why I Love It:
Its a somewhat cathartic release, and I get results directly from my effort unlike many other things in life that are out of my realm of control.

i've certainly been there. had a bad experience with a so-called nutritionist who cut my calories to the point where my body just basically shut down. i'm starting to feel myself again, months later. so i'm getting my diet in check again, and i expect to see some good results next month. stay tuned... and good luck with your goals too :-)
actually just resetting some goals... have decided to do my measurements, etc., on the first Saturday of every month. i'm a little stuck right now, truthfully, but i'm trying to stay positive :-) how are you doing?
super heavyweight bro i was about 245 pounds at the time didnt get much fights not many in same weight class in Ireland but hoping to drop down again just start hardcore training so hope to get to about 210 pound by dec 09 which will be a bitch
Just saw your blog today... Yeah, those B-day cakes are harsh. Two pieces is about my limit. After that, I can hear myself getting fatter. :-) At least you're having a cheese cake. It's gotta be better than regular cake.
