Thanks for the add and YES it shows that you're working hard. It will take time and will at times test your motivation but be patient. Ronnie nor Arnold didn't look like that at 18 either..HA...Have a great Holiday Season my friend. Andre

Just keep up the workouts and don't give up. Even though it may take long to accomplish your goal it will mean more to you when you do.

I'm starting right now following the exercises which BB recommends using only my bodyweight when nobody is at home, because my parents don't let me go to a gym! I think that in a gym you can see faster results than training at home, if I can go to a gym and get some muscles I would like to compete! What about you?
