When I Started:
How I Started:
To gain weight. but came to love the sport of bodybuilding
Why I Love It:
its a true test of dedication and heart. bodybuilding is tough and takes a life time of work. muscle is a beautiful thing to have and show.
How I Stay Motivated:
kick it old with franco columbo and arnold the great. Im also a huge dorian yates fan . From todays scene I like branch warren, ronnie coleman, victor martinez, and kai greene. Great bodybuilders like these keep me up and strong.
Thanks for the add and YES it shows that you're working hard. It will take time and will at times test your motivation but be patient. Ronnie nor Arnold didn't look like that at 18 either..HA...Have a great Holiday Season my friend. Andre
Already showing the solid biceps, good chest and solid washboard on the way. Keep eating and training well and stay motivated and positive and you'll get there. Andre
I'm starting right now following the exercises which BB recommends using only my bodyweight when nobody is at home, because my parents don't let me go to a gym! I think that in a gym you can see faster results than training at home, if I can go to a gym and get some muscles I would like to compete! What about you?
Thanks for accepting! Great results and progress of your training just for having 18! Specially your biceps, ABS and chest! What envy! Keep training as before and I hope you will be able to reach all your goals! How is going your training?
