How I Started:
I've just started. Currently im working on establishing a diet and workout program. I've worked out on and off over the years but have now actually had the time on a day to day basis to achieve the goals that I want for my body.
Why I Love It:
Generally working out is not the fun part but the results are! The Harder I work out the better my body feels and looks.
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying motivated is easy I log on to body space and view others profiles. I see how hard others have challenged themselvs an have completely turned there body around from one extreme to the other.

Im getting married next spring so im working to achieve my body building goals by then. I want the twelve pack abs the ones that go all the way down and have the veins popping out as well as the buldging leg muscles! Not enough to be over the top but just that lean built rock hard look.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
If on a regular basis its so heavy that you must curse at it drop it or grunt at it then its probably to heavy for you to lift

I think the recommeded amount of veggies is like 4 servings a day. I cannot eat that much!

Hey B - I dont mix it anymore just drink it straight. I dont notice a difference tho. I used to mix it with flavorless protein & it didnt taste bad.
