I've just started. Currently im working on establishing a diet and workout program. I've worked out on and off over the years but have now actually had the time on a day to day basis to achieve the goals that I want for my body.
Why I Love It:
Generally working out is not the fun part but the results are! The Harder I work out the better my body feels and looks.
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying motivated is easy I log on to body space and view others profiles. I see how hard others have challenged themselvs an have completely turned there body around from one extreme to the other.

first thing in the morning just woke up
Im getting bigger which is good but loosing my definition
Im getting married next spring so im working to achieve my body building goals by then. I want the twelve pack abs the ones that go all the way down and have the veins popping out as well as the buldging leg muscles! Not enough to be over the top but just that lean built rock hard look.
Ok 12 more days till im a married man my training has gone down the crapper here tha past couple of weeks due to honey dues envolving the wedding planning and so on!!! Wish me luck!

Cardio 45 min
Chest & Abs.
Diet:
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs 2 whole eggs 2 egg whites ¼ avocado and 1 slice backon
Snack: ½ red bell pepper cut into strips with ¼ cup hummus
Lunch: 5 oz grilled salmon, 1 cup...
Brady, I haven't touched base with you in awhile. I've put back on about 15 lbs since my lowest of 160 in Jan. But I'm about to get serious again and get it back off. What have you been doing? Give me an update when you can.
