Freak4Unique Not the best week at the gym. But a great week for my fitness overall as I just got a new job 15 minutes from my gym - everything is good!!!

eazy57 Good for you. I find tracking and logging my workouts have made a huge difference. As mentioned below eat right. That's the big thing. Make sure your run a caloric deficit. I track my eating on myfitnesspal.com. It helps. Good luck! Jun 25, 2012 7:21pm

DaneO thanks so much, determination alone is omnipotent ~ Calvin Coolage, anything you put your mind to you CAN do. great luck exceeding your fitness goals. my two cents is, 95% diet, 5% exercise. You can completely change your physique with diet alone having never stepped into the gym again, but the reverse is not possible if you eat poorly. the gym is the force multiplyer to your diet. the diet is if, the gym just multiplies when. great luck!!
