My Motivation Program

I always try to stay positive. I went through injuries, I'm still recovering from a 'borer-line' eating disorder (I'm addicted to trying to lose weight!) but weight training is my weapon to fight that ridiculousness and bring out the best out of myself... So heck yeah I'm always motivated for that purpose!

Bluedam I agree wholeheartedly at the mind building side of things. I cringe at the old me that tried to do everything in one session at the gym. Now I love the discipline of it. I am sure you will achieve your goal in no time. Oct 11, 2011 12:38pm

zachparker i have like 20 under armour shirts. nooo big deal :). i like ure style with the tricep workout, i usually do close grip with double drop sets on the last 2 sets, then usually skull crushers- pushdowns- and dips. hell yes im in florida born and raised in jacksonville Oct 10, 2011 8:26pm

Fitjay33 Your very welcome....yes this is my first real cut look, I was 250 and heavy when I was married to a lazy wife, that hated me tight and toned (she liked a little tubby) after the devorse and with stress i droped down to 145...so i wanted to get my tone I had before I married her and get stronger and healthier...its been going up and down for me...with luck and extra weight on the barbells ill get toner and stronger....P.S.
