Overall Goal: Short term goal, to get moving again.
Got into a car accident and just stopped moving as it all HURT. But I also moved to a COLD region from Florida and I just want to stay under a warm blanket and drink some coffee!!!

I'm having serious trouble getting started this time...not sure if its the car accident I had or the extreme cold I'm not use to dealing with.
I have no issues with everyday things in the cold, but working out...ugh.
Why I Love It:
That overall "feel good" effect you get, both physical and mental.
How I Stay Motivated:
Right now, I'm NOT motivated and I'm not staying with anything!!

At this point getting started again would be a good accomplishment.

Goal (Long):
Losing the weight is one thing...when the hubby falls off the wagon, he gets run over by it and we all go along for the ride. Not his fault, we all control our own choices, but the fact is, in this house, it seems to be all or nothing.
Right now its nothing...we cannot focus and stay focused....thinking of getting a sauna to losen us up and WARM us up and then we might feel more like MOVING with weights and machines ?????
Working out in the cold ? Learn to dress in layers. WARMUP indoors .If yuo train in your basement Drink 8-12 ozs of black coffe or tea 15 mins before yuo start. If yuo want help contact me . GOOD LUCK MS.

hey there frazzled:)thanx so much for your lovely comments...it's great to see someone whose actually been where i am and come through it!!!!i'm so happy for you.....i know it's my lack of commitment at the moment which is holding me back:(i'm always losing and gaining the same 10-15 lbs which is such a pain but also i know it's not good for my body to be going up and down in weight.i must get in a good routine.....i wish you lots of luck on reaching your goals.you look great!
If you stay focused on your goal and make it a priority you have an very good chance of succeeding. If it is important to you, you will do it!
Push yourself maybe even a bit more than you are comfortablw with and you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur.
