I would like to lose 2" off my waist in 4 weeks. ( if not more)
Goal (Long):
i would like to get down to a 38" waist and increase my muscle mass in my chest, back legs and arms ( total body) increase all my lifts and have significant muscle definition and seperation I want to go back to the states Looking like a Spartan!
well, I am currently stationed in kuwait in support of OIF. The base I am on is blessed with two gym facilities, and I will tell you they are loaded with some great equipment. Well it is my goal while here for the 6-8 months that I am, to lean up and muscle up. I currently work out 6 days...

I wish you much success in achieving your goal. Along with dieting a trick that a number of the pros are doing to reduce their waist size is to wear a lifting belt during their entire workout. They say that not only does it keep their abdomens in during training but it also reminds them to suck it in at all times. Who knows maybe they are onto something. Good luck.
