How I Started: I've started working out when I stop playing basketball due to injuries and hectic work schedules.but now when i play both sports at the same time pi'll see the importance of working out it really helps your physical contact and strong muscles under the basket.especially during crunch time..
Why I Love It: it will build up muscles and boost our confidence in showing our body parts.
How I Stay Motivated: no gain no pain...

Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): I want to maintain my weight.but with complete muscles from head to foot.im concentrating my abs,triceps,biceps,chest,back and lats my goal is to compete first in bikini open and hopefully take home the trophy.Next in line is Mr. Philippines..
Goal (Long): Since before I really engage in any other physical sport like basketball,boxing,karate and mixed martial arts and now i find a sport that suite to me its the body building mania.I've always go to the gym regularly.eventhough a hectic schedule line up to me.I want to have a six pack.my goal is to have a body like ronnie coleman does watch out for my next picture to be post.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 10 kg
