Goal (Long):
Since before I really engage in any other physical sport like basketball, boxing, karate and mixed martial arts and now i find a sport that suite to me its the body building mania.I've always go to the gym regularly.eventhough a hectic schedule line up to me.I want to have a six pack.my goal is to have a body like ronnie coleman does watch out for my next picture to be post.
Oh, yes, don't worry - I was just sharing what I could do awhile back when I tried - it takes a long time to build up to that - others who have tried prematurely wound up not being able to walk for a week - just start the other things at your own pace - keep doing it until it is too easy- then push yourself for more - then you will see progress :)
