How I Started:
I've started working out when I stop playing basketball due to injuries and hectic work schedules.but now when i play both sports at the same time pi'll see the importance of working out it really helps your physical contact and strong muscles under the basket.especially during crunch time..
Why I Love It:
it will build up muscles and boost our confidence in showing our body parts.

Goal (Long):
Since before I really engage in any other physical sport like basketball,boxing,karate and mixed martial arts and now i find a sport that suite to me its the body building mania.I've always go to the gym regularly.eventhough a hectic schedule line up to me.I want to have a six pack.my goal is to have a body like ronnie coleman does watch out for my next picture to be post.
usa is fine, I'm filipanese haha (japanese/filipina. Yes I've been to the PI, but only once and that was when I was really overweight like in my 2007 picture.
:) I do eat a fair bit, but not on the day I get photos done ;) lots of crunches helps with weights, also stretching the ab area and also sitting up straight while at the computer helps heaps...to keep it toned and flat and the skin nice! xo
Hello there! Cute pic!! Are those tatts real? Yes my hips, 34" - I know I look so petite hey, especially in my beach video when I am running into the water, I am look "who the heck is that? oh it's me" sometimes I have to pinch myself, Gracias a Dios for my genetics. The comp goes for the next 2 weeks! :)
