I have been an athlete all my life and i have played basketball, football, and baseball all my life right up to college. When i got to college i got a basketball scholarship. So i have always been into working out and having a healthy physical body.
Why I Love It:
I love to work out because for me its a stress reliever and being in the gym i can just not focus on anything else but me. Sports and weightlifting was a way out of getting into trouble and #1 being lazy.
Also me being in the music buisness its very important to keep your body in shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by my beautiful baby girl. She keeps me focused and determined in anything i do, she is my world. I also stay motived by watching other bodybuilders or athletes in general and see how they can go from nothing to having a great body. i think thats really amazing.
Also me being in the music buisness and performing almost every weekend, the fans really motivate u to keep your body looking great.
BB Accomplishments:
I really dont have major bodybuilding accomplishments but just putting on more muscle and getting a lot stronger than what i use to be like when i was in high school and college.
My goal overal is to GAIN as much muscle as possible and get to 210lbs.
Goal (Long):
All my life i have been the tallest, strongest & most athletic out of everyone but the skinniest too. Its in my blood, my father has always been known for how strong he is but also for how skinny he was too. I have been called every skinny joke in the book lol. So i have tried everything to get bigger and finally just realize its all about HARD WORK and thats how u see results. I dont want to here "your so skinny or your upper body is nice but your legs are chicken legs" lol. I want to have that body that turns heads as soon as you walk in the door and something that i am proud of.

I want to GAIN 15 lb

Well, thank you! I agree, lifting is a GREAT stress reliever. I do like the physical result of working hard in the gym BUT the best benefit is that it keeps me on an even keel...calm and happy!!
