I just diet for my show, and train hard like I stated in my last comment + the rest are genetics/muscle development.

Thanks, I just do military presses, one arm laterals, and rear delt flies. I stick with a 4-6 rep range for the past year in training, stopping 1 rep shy of failure on all working sets.

I love it as a routine, but its very complicated and involves being done 100% as outlined in the program. Its not as easy as it seems to be. I am going to move on to different routines to try after my shows because its very taxating on the body after so long doing it.

Nobody needs abs like that, lol. I took time to understand that diet and training was key, and not just watching what I eat or going to the gym to train, but to train with intensity and strong focus. Eat every coupld of hours everyday getting in enough protein, carbs, fat. Its all about setting your mind to it and not quitting just because you feel like it.

Doing good man, but I would suggest maybe a good cutting diet to get ripped. You wanted a physique critiquing so I guess you dont want anything about strength. The lower bodyfat will bring out the muscle already, if not then it wil ltake a while to see a lot of improvements through to much bodyfat unless you are already built like a tank. Keep it up though as you are making progress.

Well man you are pretty buff. I would say just diet seriously hardcore like your doing a show if you want to look how I do in the above pics. I just put in A LOT of consistent work, and I focus 100% on bodybuilding

Sup man, looking thick and GREAT improvements overall. If those lgutes&hammies are in shape like everything else then you have a good base on your way to a pro card, just earn it in being the best you can be when you hit the stage.

Yes, im dedicating 100% to bodybuilding for a while. I am hoping to do a WNBF pro qualifying show mid June 2009. Its will be my first pro qualifier, hopefully I place pretty good for my first try.
