I use to go into the gym and workout here and their. Nothing major, always kept maintained with a below average body. But now im workout 5 days a week and im getting the body everybody is wanting.
Why I Love It:
Because lifting to me isnt to be in shape, to look the best, being healthy. Its EVERYTHING and more. Its about going and hitting it ****in hard and lifting at your best even when you are at your worst. Their is nothing like lifting some heavy ass weight and pushing throughout the entire workout as hard as your first set to your last one.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just listen to music, keeping myself pumped. Focusing on hitting it as hard as possible. My g/f helps me since she gives me 100% support in all my training and does this stuff with me.
BB Accomplishments:
Lost 35 pounds total, changed my looks completely.
2007 Powerlifting State champ 181 weight class.
Completing a successful bulk and cut season.
4th place mens Open Mr west virginia bodybuilding show

My workout routine is pretty simple and basicly focused on heavy compound movements and very small amount of isolation. I do the Max-OT training routine. Only 4-6 reps total with no forced reps but I go to complete failure on all sets. I do 4-5 sessions of cardio when im contest prepping....
Sorry to bother you but I came across your page and I was wondering, if I wanted to build do i have to eat more, because I heard its more about muscular overload instead of excessive eating. please help I am stuck
