Want to get under 20% fat , but still need have long way to go !
Goal (Long):
Just looking better , and feeling good about my body , for myself and my girlfriend , and I have never had a six pack , and I want to have one before 25
I am feeling very demotivated , don't know why , but the need to go to gym is just not there.
I stoped using a personal trainer, the costs were getting high.
I need to get back to be motivated !
I have made good gaines on muscle and size , but just cant shake off the xtra...

Eating right's definitely the hardest part for me! In the past, my diet has gone from one extreme to the other. Right now it's really good, and I'm hoping it'll stay that way cuz I've been off desserts now for almost 2 months. But I only know one other person around me who truly eats right, so it gets lonely LOL Cardio is cardio...just gotta do it...took me years of running before I actually started enjoying it...you just gotta start somewhere :)

Yeah, who doesn't want one LOL I'm doing well...just trying to loose a few more pounds in the next two weeks...the dieting's getting pretty rough, but it's almost over :) How's everything going for you?
Congrats man, keep at it... At the mo, I'm more worried about keeping what muscle I have then loosing fat, so I've been playing with my diet... So will be testing it over the next two weeks and see how it goes... I'll send you the article my friend sent me if you wanna look at it....
Geez, well hook me up then :) Just worked out my diet with this carb cycling advice a bodybuilder friend gave, man you have to see how much I have to eat, rediculous...
I've made my list, but my training partner wants in so waiting till the end of the month before I order... So far I'm buying, Whey, Casein, BCAA and Waxy Maize. He sells Glutamine at a good price but I want the peptide variety, apparently its better because you can have it with food. send me a private message with your email and I'll send you the pricelist..
Still no Cardio for me :) But diet is fine I've been dropping fat percentage and kilo here and there, trying my best to find that balance between not picking up fat but get a little lean muscle masss, so far its been alright... Check out that link I posted in our bodygroup, just ordered from the guy, man he has good prices....
