On wednesday I was doing a back work out using manageable weight. The next day I felt achey etc..the usual thing but on friday i had a very strong pain in my left trap. My arm/back movement felt very stiff. This raised concern for me as I was worried that I might have seriously injured myself....

as for the shake in mid night, hell yeah, thats a must if you can do it..
I use casein before bed, so I dont do it, but if I could go back to sleep, I sure would..

i take about 30 seconds in between sets, and ive been training for about 7 byears now, it has alot to do with genetics and dedication and motivattion...stick with it and the results will come!
