When I Started:
Jan, 1997
How I Started:
I never wanted to be average... Being called average is the biggest insult I can think of... Id rather be dead than average.. I think of it as a healthy way of rebelling against the norm of society :-)
Why I Love It:
I just do... I enjoy pushing my mind and body to the limit... seeing how much I can take both physically and mentally. I enjoy the feeling I get after a good workout... the feeling of the pump during the workout... its not quite like "cumming" as Arnold put it but it sure is addicting...
How I Stay Motivated:
Its not really a question of motivation anymore... During the first year maybe I needed motivation but Ive been at this long enough to where its kinda just part of my daily routine and I don't think about it much. I will say that I love going to bodybuilding shows and seeing my friends compete... or even just goign to the shows to see them period... its just loads of fun :-)...

What FrankCapo Is Up To:
Dec 1, 2009
FrankCapochanged Weight from 232 lbs. to 244 lbs., a 12 lb. gain in 11 days
Great job on your show Frank. I'm sure you did your best and you're using not being first as fuel for the fire. But that's for another day. Enjoy the time off and bulk season. So any ideas how much bigger/stronger you'd like to get during this next cycle? Cut is going well more or less. Definition is really starting to show thru. Ab area slowly coming thru. But does look like muscle size is holding. First cut and hopefully one of many to come. Take care. -Tim
You are a strait beast man keep up the good work. Definitely have some potential and great genetics.
don't take this the wrong way, but are you natural? I am still a natural athlete and wonder if I could ever grow to be as big as you without a little "help"
Posted new round of pics for your viewing. Dropped about 3lbs over the past month. Feel like I'm getting leaner. Please let me know what you think. BTW, great progress pics. Your back once again amazes me. Completely inhuman. Definitely going to make your competitors wish they didn't show up. -T
I think you could single-handedly pull up all the terminus tracks in Roseville. Best on the upcoming comp and hope you'll post somem pics of you from your winning night. Best, Jim
Sounds great man. Definitely will do some damage no doubt. Well regardless of how much you finally weigh in, you have and will have an even one awesome physique. Yeah, I'm looking forward to getting off the diet too. But not until end of December and got lots more to do still. But its great, this is my first cut that is actually succeeding. Far as remaining massive, when I post the next round of pics I'll let you be the judge of that. Take care man. -T
Great progress pic Frank. Definitely haven't lost any mass from what I can tell. More like mass overflowing. Even more amazing to think you're in pretty ripped condition. So continue my friend. Look forward to seeing you in full freakish comp condition. So how are you doing? Myself, down to 200lbs (about total 6lbs loss). Muscles still big and full and strength more or less there. -T
Thanks again man for the advice and tips. Its great to get it from someone who is actually is looking at me. You gave me lots to think about. And a great point that you don't have to be the biggest to be the best. While I've been toying with the idea for a while, I think I'd like compete in 2-3 years. And will be starting a fat loss cycle once I return to FL. So what are you up to lifting wise this week? See you in there. -T
Hey, I think you workout @ Golds. Fun working out there. You're definitely one of the guys who motivates me there to properly kick my butt. From what I see in the gym and on the pics, anything but ordinary. Sorry I took so long on the Smith. Keep plugging away. -T
