Background
I've been athletic all of my life, but was introduced to weight training in my late twenties. After baby 6 was born, I ran my first full marathon, and got the bug to compete in fitness.
It's the one time in my day that I can tune everything else out, and focus on pushing myself. It's my number 1 stress reliever and happy pill :).
