Push ups, sit ups and 1.5 mile run daily per the fitness challenge requirements for the wing. Minimum of 50 each and minimum daily run of 1.5 miles. Month of May

What you were talking about is called "pocket repairs" and it sounds like you will be given internal sutures (An internal bra) to help lift things up and keep the implants in place.
