Background

When I Started: Jul 1997
HOW I STARTED:

I joined the gym when I graduated in 1997, because I didn't want to become lazy. Now it's a huge passion of mine and I can't live with out it.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I get better sleeps at night, helps me keep up with my daughter, have energy feel great about my self and sets a great example for my daughter.
