I've always wanted to be somewhat muscular. I was a 3 sport athlete in High School: Cross Country, Basketball, and Track and Field. But all of these sports and my metabolism were working against me. So once i got to college i tried to lift weights but it wasn't dedicated to my workout. So eventually my Junior Year i get serious on September 30, 2007
Why I Love It:
I love it because it is health for your body. I also love it because I love because I'm an Athlete and doing something Competitive and setting goals other than life goals, is something to love.
How I Stay Motivated:
I set goals that constently raise as i get close to the one that i set previously. And I know what i want to look like when I'm finished.
BB Accomplishments:
I couldn't bench press 135lbs before college (because my H.S never made us lift weights)and now I'm benching 265 as my 3RM.
