Tryin to put on some size. Just tryin to make sure its muscle so when I go back to cutting in the summer the good lbs will stay on.
Goal (Long):
I wanna get big as possible while still keepin my bodyfat under 10%....tops. I need to gain some quality lean mass. Any tips are greatly appreciated!!! Right now I'm lookin for new workout plans, so feel free to drop me a line.
So the last month or so I have been bulking and really seeing some great results. The problem is, I think i might have to do a short cutting phaze in order to keep the progress coming and stay slim. I want to get up there, but I just look in the mirror and don't like when i get higher b.f....

Pshaw - I'm sure your curl is far from weak and at the rate your progressing you'll catch up and pass my curling weight before you know it. Keep up the great work!
I saw the new progress pic today - your back is showing improvement from last month, clearly the muscles are more visible and defined. Keep up the great work!
Hey Bro - best advice I can give is choose a base art to focus on. All the greats have done this initially (for a few years. Say you pick BJJ - train in that alone 4 at least a year or 2, then add in a bit of a stand up art, then as your skill levels improve, you can cross train more and more. My base art is Karate, but I now focus on BJJ and THai - pretty much like GSP (obviously not at the same level, lol). Just need to add some wrestling in, in a couple of years!
Thanks Bud! Im doing my best to try to eat more actually, and clean. I sometimes dont have the time with work to eat as much as i would like. But I will keep working on it!

oh yeah, I just drank my scoop and half and getting ready to hammer my chest today. I off on Mon. and spend a good part of my morning in the gym. I did try 2 scoops on day and wow get out of my way, lol.
