Starting Photo Front after Carb Cycling and Rest Week
Was a success in that I think I only lost fat, but 3lbs is a lot when i'm trying to be bulking up! :( Will stick to much higher calories next time.

To reach your goal you may need to eat 5-6 or even more clean meals per day (including protein shakes), lift weights 3 to 4 times a week and watch your need for cardio by measuring bodyfat. Do this and you should soon see your muscles expanding and weight increasing. If I can be of any assistance feel free to give me a yell. I would like nothing better than to see you achieve your fitness goal. Stay strong, focused and determined.
