Okay so, it's a common saying, people asking if you hate starting over again with fitness, then why stop in the first place? It's true; nothing feels worse than reworking over old ground, knowing if you'd carried on in consistency you'd be sooo much further along to reaching your goals, but sometimes life just gets in the way and you just have to do what you can to stay on the tracks.
