How I Started:
I got started because I was tired of being skinny. I was in shape from running cross country, but I want my body to be in a different kind of shape. I wanted it to be totally cut and symmetrical. So I started lifting heavy weights.
Why I Love It:
I love it when I see results from my hard work!
How I Stay Motivated:
My girlfriend and I go to the gym together everytime. We keep eachother motivated. Also this bodyspace is great motivation!

Goal (Long):
To maintain the weight that i gain and to continue sculpting my muscles. Mainly i would really like to build my chest and abs to perfection. I've been trying for a while. I'd appreciate any tips! I would really like to compete someday and I think I can if I work hard enough at it.
Im looking for a chest workout thats going to build my chest out hugE! I dont know what im doing wrong. I train the hell out of my chest with low weight and low reps, but it just doesnt seem to want to grow much. Im in the gym for at least 2 hrs at a time 5 days a week. If anyone can help that'd...
You should be proud of what you've accomplished - you've got some of the best looking arms I've seen. Keep up the good work and I'm sure you'll reach 160 well before May!
Loved the Superpump but just got too expensive. I take Super NOS Pump tablets now...you can get em at Walmart, they're by the protein powder...does the same thing but much cheaper!
