How I Started:
I got started working out while in the military. I didn't like my body in high school. So I decided to do something about it.
Why I Love It:
I love the high I get. I love pushing myself to the limit.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's my choice to take care of myself. No one else cares so I will.

Ha ha, pretty damned good. My legs appear to be always tired and sore just like my triceps. Today was a rest day but I almost went in just for supplemental work. It looks like fate had other plans as my phone kept ringing like crazy just as I was about to leave.
Oh well, going to be doing this cardio EARLY in the morning. *sigh*

I'm alright. Still working, training twice a day and coming up with various experiments, and remaining ridiculously busy. I think thats a good thing though.
