been screwing up after taking my yearly month break I don't eat my time is messed up: ( need help

Background
well been interested in bodybuilding since i was around 16, my brother works out since 1998 ,worked out in 2007 from June till around September exactly around 80 days, but it was really bad working out no diet no information at all messed up sleeping time,so i got honestly i think almost no result. so i quieted lack of cash i was 18 cash goes out quickly no cash for subscription so i stopped going these 2 months weren't good to be honest, i remember my training weights goes up then way down,for example chest i add 2x5kg on the bar for bench press then the next week i work on empty bar :S all because of bad diets and messed up sleeping time , well lack of experience for me but it was like a start for me , after that spent about a year planning for getting back in gym and going on trainings and diets and be dedicated,i always wanted to be professional bodybuilder,I'm going through that now :).
i just love lifting weights it makes me feel relieved so relieved i just love being in a good shape and working on getting that. every person has his own interest like cars,fashion my interest is nutrition and natural bodybuilding
