been screwing up after taking my yearly month break I don't eat my time is messed up: ( need help

Background

When I Started: Sep 2008
HOW I STARTED:

well been interested in bodybuilding since i was around 16, my brother works out since 1998 ,worked out in 2007 from June till around September exactly around 80 days, but it was really bad working out no diet no information at all messed up sleeping time,so i got honestly i think almost no result. so i quieted lack of cash i was 18 cash goes out quickly no cash for subscription so i stopped going these 2 months weren't good to be honest, i remember my training weights goes up then way down,for example chest i add 2x5kg on the bar for bench press then the next week i work on empty bar :S all because of bad diets and messed up sleeping time , well lack of experience for me but it was like a start for me , after that spent about a year planning for getting back in gym and going on trainings and diets and be dedicated,i always wanted to be professional bodybuilder,I'm going through that now :).

WHY I LOVE IT:

i just love lifting weights it makes me feel relieved so relieved i just love being in a good shape and working on getting that. every person has his own interest like cars,fashion my interest is nutrition and natural bodybuilding

this article is all about thoughts passing my mind I hit the gym sitting or just standing up resting between my sets , at these moments i usually pay attention to what is around me . After highschool's exams the gym become full of new ones , that makes me feel happy for seeing this sport growning , unfotunately half them quit after first or second week, and almost none of them continue lifting weights . the question here is:what is the reason , is it slacking,lack of motivation,or even entering the gym without any specified goal or reason . i asked so many people lot of new ones , what is your...

Dezbefit Kuwait... nice. I wish I was at al salem, sather ab isnt bad army camps all around very nice to have. More to to do;restaurants, MWRs shops and of course bigger PX lol. more options I guess that I never thought id get in Iraq! haha. We been really lucky out here with this deployment. The gym isnt bad either Im there most of my time here. Thanx for the encouragement itll def be kept up and improved! Im lovin it! Ill be in kuwait in september actually lol. how long you there?
