Why I Love It:
The gym became a stress reliever and a place to take time to myself to think. It is a addiction that makes me feel good about myself.

Where do you get your workout programs?
Magazines talking to other people and what works well for them. Trying new exercises and adding the ones the work to my routine. I try to keep from doing the samething all the time.
How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Depending on my workout 15 seconds up to 1 1/2 mins
