How I Started:
I started to feel the effects of getting older, so i decided if i dont do something bout it now it will only get worse.We dont get any younger, we just get old an weak.
Why I Love It:
To eventually compete in contest and seeing my body change. it has help me with my back strength. i would say it feels bout 95% recovered. the flexibility is getting better. After all, i am recovering from a L1 L2 vertabrae compress fracture and fracture pelvic.the strength is is getting better to.

dude what exercises are best for those damn love handles. i got the six pack just a little on the sides. been working out since feb, they are slowly going away will it take more time or harder work
