My bestfriend Dan and I decided to join a gym togather, He's been workin out awhile and wanted someone to lift with i'm fat and out of shape so it all worked

I have somewhat the shape of the muscles i need to get rid of the fat piled on top of it this was taken 3 weeks after i started workin out i'm 194lbs in this picture im too flabby and cant wait to get buff
