a friend of mine who i grew up got in to it when we were in high school and he brought me with him one day and i just never wanted to stop.
Why I Love It:
the results and progress the human body is an amazing thing making it stronger is what i want to do.
How I Stay Motivated:
i just love doing it lifting weights makes me happy good stress relief aswell i couldnt stop if i wanted to

That's great, my workouts have been going really good. I think I strained my right deltoid muscle a lil bit so I will be focusing on cardio, legs, and abs for a wk or two. Happy Training :) Amber
