Background

When I Started: Jun 2008
HOW I STARTED:

i got started Bodybuliding because i was sick and tired of being emberssed just 2 take off my shirt. So i took mattters into my own hands and signed up for wrestleing and football which changed me on exerise, whight lifting, etc. etc. and when i found this website im like this is perfect movtivation for to keep goin strong.

WHY I LOVE IT:

i love lifting cause i hate bein the odd one out when it comes to meetin gurls like on the beach being fat and seeing guys with hot girls and i look at myself and shake my head like no wonder no girls like me at school or at the beach.

Hell of cardio for football.

Hardest day of cardio that Ive hard thus far for football was that we did a 1minute and 40secs. for tire jumps and about a 30 sec break and do it again. i usually get about 50 or 60 tire jumps in the humidity thats its Ben over here in Connecticut. Then i go to ropes which i put on a rope thing that i have to pull another team mate thats usually about 280 or lighter but yea i pull them for 20 yards and back to the goal line (it feels like forever) and do it until the coach blows the whistle and you gotta do high knees to pull the person with you. Then we go to ladders for footwork and do 1 foo...

mfanz Attaboy Andrew. Keep up the good work, but remember to always stay true to your goals. It's not so important how much weight you push, as how you are pushing that weight... at least when it comes to bodybuilding.
