When I Started: Nov, 2006
How I Started: First off, I wanted more strength for football. I started on defense but was the weakest guy on defense. I also had a lot of friends lifting and once I got started, I couldn't stop.
Why I Love It: I needed a way to get away from things. When I needed to blow steam and just get away, I normally would play football. Football is done now and Weightlifting is the one thing I completely dedicate myself to.
How I Stay Motivated: I just do :).

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Matters what routine I'm doing. Either 5, 8, or 12. Change it up to mess with your body.

About 1:30. This is enough time to rest the muscle to perform well but still keep it fatigued.

I keep trying to make my own workout routine but its not working out for me so well. I switch between high-reps and low-reps programs every month. However, I seem to have problems with my low reps. Doing exercises like pulldowns for 5 reps just seems wierd. I'm talking to a good buddy to try...
