First off, I wanted more strength for football. I started on defense but was the weakest guy on defense. I also had a lot of friends lifting and once I got started, I couldn't stop.
Why I Love It:
I needed a way to get away from things. When I needed to blow steam and just get away, I normally would play football. Football is done now and Weightlifting is the one thing I completely dedicate myself to.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just do :).
