A great way to achieve your goal is by using the 12 week Body for Life program. It works and works fast. I don't know what program you use, but my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in just 12 weeks and I lost over 50 Lb in the same time period by following the 12 week Body for Life body transformation program. Glad to hear you had a great time on your vacation. A little envious I might add. I was stuck here in FREEZING temps. <smile> I specifically want to cut fat, become more lean. I would like to rid myself of the extra fat on my back, inner thighs and arms. I also want to tighten up my abs. Okay, lean out and gain muscle!
