eh, I suppose al. I may be gaining muscle mass and that makes up the increase and would make sense because my lats are getting stronger and stronger. I could not do pull ups before now so now I do them often. It's just that I had been 219 consistently for about a week and all of a sudden it went up. The recruiting weight is 181. I'm way over so have to make it in bodyfat which i am high 27s right now. thanks for positive thought tho pal.
