How I Started:
I got tired of looking at myself in the mirror and not liking what I saw, so decided something has got to be done, and nobody can do it for me, so I joined a gym.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of new energy after a good workout, and the satisfaction of being able to do just a little more than last time.
How I Stay Motivated:
I refer to my very definate mental image of how I want my body to look.

your progress is excellent man. bicep is also looking good. i think you should add some, will look much better. train hard and keep pumping bro.
