Lifting is going well....I'm currently bulking up for the winter and thinking about competing in a local show in April. Not quite sure yet tho.

Yea I sure was a handful at that age. Thats even more impressive you can maintain a balance in your life such that you can balance, family, career and fitness goals. Do you wake up early and work out or how do u find the time to do so much?

I definitely understand that. How old are your kids if you don't mind me asking? And do you have boys or girls? Im not sure that I want kids. Most people say that will change as I get older but I doubt it. I just am ready to get out of business school and make some moves career wise.

Well as long as you're thinking about it I can accept that. What will be the deciding factor on whether or not I get an opportunity to "cut" through the physical attraction and get deeper into the mind of the surgeon?

I believe if u mix it with enough water (i think i used 16oz water per scoop w/ 2 crystal light packages) it is basically unnoticeable. I preferred the lemonade bc it masked the taste the most also. I may be off on the exact mix tho, haven't done it in about a year.
