How I Started:
My freshman year of HS I was a small chubby kid from Richmond, VA trying to play football at Galveston Ball High School in Galvesston, TX. They took us into the weight room as freshman and I haven't been able to quit working out since.
Why I Love It:
Your body is like a machine that can achieve anything if u use the right stimuli. I just think its incredible how the body reacts to the dedication that bodybuilding requires.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am extremely critical. I see how I look and how I want to look and motivates me to continue working. I also see others in my age range and am amazed at how their bodies look and want to emulate that type of success.
So I have a serious problem. I know how to manipulate my body fairly easily to achieve certain results; however, I am perplexed about how to accomplish the task of maintaining my size while at the same time losing bodyfat. Here is my situation:
Hey there buddy ! how is your training going ? you have inspired me to use plain unflavoured whey isolate with crystal light. which crystal light flavours can you recommend ??? i love fruit whey ergopharm gf pro isolate. because it tastes really nice and it has nearly zero fat and carbs. but plain unflavoured whey isolate with crystal light will turn out cheaper. is the whey really unnoticeable with the crystal light ??? i liked instant coffee with my whey too in the past.
